Hi there,

Yes, I experienced this issue since I installed the One UI 7 it drains faster, and also, my phone's temperature than before. I don't know maybe it's because it needs time for optimization, but if anyone found a solution I will appreciate to share that.

Yes happening on my S24 base model as well. Never really been that impressed with battery life on S24 as my wife's S23 is far superior even though it's a year older. Today for example my phone is down to 54% after 2hr 14 mins on screen time . I wholly believe it's down to the Exynos chip in the S24 as opposed to the snapdragon in the S23. I've now decided to ditch Samsung and purchase the oneplus 13t when released in the U.K. Samsung are taking people from the U.K for mugs as Exynos is a joke!!!!!

I have the same issue, phone gets hot much faster with light useage, using good guardians memory optimization and app optimization daily almost since the update. Due to the phone heating up, battery drains faster, screen brightness gets turned down more often while i have that option turned off in good guardians thermal manager

These mugs will love it when Qualcomm continue to charge over the hill prices next year so your once £700 phone becomes £1000

People will simply purchase cheaper phones with Mediatek chipsets. The Dimensity 9300, for example, betters the Snapdragon in a number of tests and is found in cheaper handsets

My Vivo X100 pro has that chip. Very happy with the battery life on that.

How this 14 day battery optimisation can be done? I can't find anything in the settings.
