Battery drainage issue

Anyone struggling with major battery drainage issue after Android 7 update. My s24 ultra used to hold battery all day. Now its going down each minute. How can I get that fixed please? I ve done the cache partition after software update as well. 😪

Sometimes after big os updates. Backing up data and factory reset can certainly help with issues. Might not be what you want to hear. Not everyone likes having to factory reset.

I've also the same issue. Never checked battery problems before but after one ui 7 I feel like I've to charge twice a day. It kinda drains in standby much more than before.

@Fiz7863: If you head to Settings > Battery > Tap on the usage graph, then scroll to the bottom of the screen, are any apps or features listed here that are using a higher than expected amount of battery? If so, try tapping on the app/feature > Background usage limits > Toggle this on, and repeat the process for any other relevant apps. This will reduce the background activity of the apps, and should help to improve your overall battery life.

Hi I already tried that, as I only use this phone for normal social media searches etc, no gaming. But the battery is not even lasting half day now since the update

If you use the samsung dialer type *#9900# into it and select reset battery stats,do this after a 100% charge,give it a day or 2 and report back.

Same pain...my s24+ could hold before the update to this new ios 4 days of light use...now 70% gone within day without any use,wtf(((((
