AOD doesn't turn on automatically

AOD stay off and has to be manually turned on every day when it is set to scheduled or Auto mode.

Has anyone else faced this problem recently?

Hi there 👋 and warm welcome, have you checked if setting is turned on as always instead of tap to show, scheduled or automatically mode?
If so you could perform wipe cache partition
Turn off phone
Plug phone to PC, other phone via USB, TV USB then press and hold power button and volume up button until samsung logo appears Then quickly release power button and keep holding volume up button until reboot menu shows Then navigate to wipe cache partition with volume down button press power button and restart your phone.

Are modes and routines running/enabled?

I use sleep mode which turns off my AOD. But when I tried turning off the modes and routines, the issue still persisted.

When put on Always On it stay, but as soon as I put it on Auto, it turns off the next day.

I have the s24fe and get aod issues. The auto stops working after a day or so as well. Did wiping the cache partition fix your issue? I  will try that fix in a hour to see if it helps.
