Black ⚫️ dot on status panel

I have had this Black dot on the status panel for a while now, no idea how it got there. Does anyone else have the same on their panel. How do I get rid of it? It goes away when I clear my notification history and it reappears shortly after.

Hi there 👋, and welcome.
If you clear all notifications in the the panel is the dot still there? If no that means you have more notifications which couldn't be displayed at top so you have to swipe down to see them.

It disappears but comes again soon after. I'll keep clearing notifications then, thank you.
