Voice to text disappeared for no reason

Yes, a little microphone that was visible for years at the bottom right of my screen while texting is now gone. Also while I'm here is there any way to turn off the ultra-annoying "accessibility" function that is now down there? I'm not deaf or blind, and I suspect this problem may be related to the unnecessary "accessibility" object

Ok I will give that a try. Although I'm in the US, I'm assuming the "eu" in the URL won't be an issue. Thx (but what about the microphone? I'm disabled veteran and I have a lot of trouble typing/texting that microphone was sweet I can't even find a for-$$$ app that will do talk to text while texting)

@Fjrio3: Please try heading to Settings > General management > Samsung Keyboard settings > Voice input > Choose from 'Samsung voice input' or 'Google Voice Typing'. While you're here, you can enable 'Use Side button for voice input'. When the keyboard is open, pressing the Side button will switch to Voice input. 

Now, head to Settings > General management > Keyboard list and default > Keyboard button on navigation bar > On > Show on left side. 

Now, when you open the Samsung keyboard in the Messages app, check the bottom left corner of the screen, where a microphone symbol should be visible.
