Voice focus option disappear

Hi all, 

Am facing an issue with voice focus option ever since i got my sony headphones, i do have voice focus option during calls but as soon as i connect headphone the whole mic mode option disappears , i dont know why.

Does anyone else have this issue or its just me, 

Anyone one have an idea?

Is voice focus available for the S23U when connected to earphones. I don't think so. The S23U already uses good noise cancelling hardware.

Yes we have got 3 options in mic mode during call standard, voice focus and full spectrum, but the my problem is , as soon as i connect the earbuds or headphones during it disappear

Yes, in calls, you do, when the phones microphone is in use. But not when you connect headphones. That's my point.

Its very disappointing from Samsung not having voice isolation while connected to headphones, specially when Samsung wants to compete with apple. Apple have this focus thingy.
I mean these are the basic things that makes difference, isn't it?

But as I said, the S23U already has very good noise cancelling hardware built in. Why do you need it?

Reading around, it looks like the Voice Focus feature is indeed generally unavailable when a device is connected to headphones (certainly 3^rd party ones at any rate):

I have this issue as well. I have hearing ***** and I would really appreciate having the mic mode voice focus option fixed and available when wearing hearing *****. Thank you for raising this issue to your development team.

Lol, since I can not say '*****' on this form, let me try again. I need mic mode and voice focus enabled when I am using my hearingaids, my hearing assistance devices.
