I have the latest update and am trying to download the latest update (400mb and I have over 150gb spare) which keeps failing then I remembered a hack for an old iPhone a friend of mine told me., which basically means using a PC to download all the files decompact them then transfer over to the phone. Can I do similar?

I have a s23 its running latest ui and I want to install latest update thanks

To update your phone via pc, use the Samsung smart switch app.

Kindly set your phone to auto update.
To enable automatic updates on a Samsung device, you need to configure the settings within the Google Play Store for app updates and within the phone's settings for system updates. For apps, navigate to the Play Store, find the "Auto-update apps" setting, and choose to update over Wi-Fi only or over any network. For system updates, go to your phone's settings, find "Software update," and enable automatic downloads.

@msdad: If you are having trouble completing an OTA (Over The Air) update on your Galaxy S23, and if you have access to a home computer, then I recommend trying Smart Switch to see if you're able to complete the update in this manner.

Once installed, open Smart Switch, connect your S23 using the USB cable that came packaged with the device, and look for an update prompt on the landing page, next to your device details.
