ONE U.I. 7 S23U Charging Issues

Issue started after upgrading to OneUI 7.

When I connect my charger, it initially shows "fast charge" but then switches to "slow charging" after about 3 seconds, displaying an estimated 4-hour charge time.

I took it to a repair lab and they confirmed the charging port is in perfect condition.

This appears to be a software issue, but Samsung hasn't provided any support or acknowledgment of the problem.

Original Samsung, worked and works great on my wife's phone Samsung s22 ultra.

Contact Samsung support via Members app and let them deal with it

First, turn off Auto Blocker then follow these instructions EXACTLY as written

Using the Samsung Phone App (not the Google one)

Dial *#9900# then scroll down to battery stats reset. Click then restart your phone.

Turn Auto Blocker back on

Restart device

Wait 14 days for battery optimisation to complete.
