Updates to Samsung Health Terms and Conditions

This update stops use of Samsung Health on S23 Ultra. When you read the changes and press continue, it displays can't set up app. Server error occurred. (0x2C#0#) Try again later. 
I have never had any problems with Samsung Health before. I could try uninstalling and reinstalling app but will loose all data.
You cannot avoid the update as shows as soon you open app.

Have reinstalled Samsung Health. No data lost !!!
Now works fine

Uninstall  and reinstall it. It fixed and my data still remain.

I do not advice. I did it and lost all data!!! now 189steps in my history. where is my 6mln steps I did last year???? this application is a night mare
