Unable to claim Disney+ offer

Hi all

I bought my Samsung Galaxy S23 the 30th of November via Argos.

I am trying to claim the Disney+ offer using my mobile and my Mac and it seems impossible. Using the https://www.samsung.com/uk/boost/ I can´t find a clear way to activate the promo. Can anyone help, please? What are the steps to go through to get it done?

Thanks @Tourbillon De La Vie . I have tried in my phone and it does not work. I can see in a page that S23 series can benefit from this promo. Yet I can´t do it usign Chrome or the native explorer in the phone

Did you login using Samsung account ?

Hi! Yes, I did login. I was forced to create a password for the Samsung account as I registered with Google. Definitely I can see my account and my Smasung devices, including the S23 under the account.

On the boost page as logged in do you see Disney offer and redeem/log in to claim?

You may find a problem when trying to redeem this offer that you can't get past the login page.  This issue could be caused by the Chrome browser disabling third party cookies.  To fix, click on the icon to the left of the web address in the address bar at the top of the browser, you will see ‘Cookies and site data – Third party cookies blocked’ displayed.  Click here and flick the ‘Third-party cookies’ toggle to enable cookies.  Once done, I was able to click through to the offers page and redeem the offer successfully.
