@SamsungComunity  I am facing this issue from last 2 weeks, unable to understand what is issue, without my mistake i am feeling bad that samsung is not giving screen replacement for this screen flickering issue after software update, so either we should not go for samsung flagship or should we not update software, if so why we should buy premium top-end model of samsung and suffer like this, because there are several options available in samsung itself for 25k to 30k, if it was a same issue with apple means they have given an offer to my friend to device replacement for upgraded version with nominal charges, samsung asking 20k for their software mistake to be repaired and tells this is their T&c of warranty. This is not fair samsung please look into s23 model also has problems, please resolve and make customer more loyal to samsung otherwise their is no need to be in samsung family.

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Customer to Customer Forum

I'm sorry to hear of your issue. However if this was (as you say) a direct output from a software issue then it hardly warrants a screen replacement. For clarity, Apple wouldn't replace the screen based on your description of the issue either.

If it was a general fault, we would see lots of feedback on here (spoiler alert - we haven't) so it is far more likely to be an issue with an app in your device causing screen flicker.

Please perform a Wipe Partition Cache on your device in the first instance to see if this resolves the issue.

Also might be worth testing the phone in safe mode. If the problem goes away that suggests it's an app or theme giving the issue https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/

@SRIHARSHA1A  Just in case you are unsure, can wipe the cache partition via following steps:

1. Turn off the device.
2. Connect To Computer , other Device or TV USB, Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key
3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
4. Wait until the Android system recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
6. Press Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Power key to restart the device.
