After update my screen stopped responding to finger/ tuch, only operates with the Spen, did Samsung found a solution for this issue ?

Few things you can try. Reboot or restart the device. Try a wipe cache partition on the device.
Head to support in the members app, diagnostics, check for issues with touch screen. Send feedback while in support, let developers know incase it's software related. If none of above work could try a factory reset.

Was the screen replaced at some point

Yes it was replaced recently but was working fine prior to the update, thanks for the reply

3rd party replaced it i assume. Go back to them if they are willing to help
