Hi there 👋 and welcome.

Try to charge your phone up to 50% at least.

Try to hold power and volume down buttons for 10-15 seconds without releasing it until you see samsung logo.

Try to do phones wipe cache partition.

Try updating when in safe mode.

See if any of this helps.

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Customer to Customer Forum

As @Iminvti has rightly said, your battery is below the minimum (20%) to download and 50% I believe to install.

Please pop your device on charge, let it get to 50% plus and you should be good to go. 🫠

If you have done all that @Iminvti has suggested including safe mode and wipe partition cache then I think you're going to need to back up your device and go for the nuclear option and Factory Data Reset

I would recommend you back up say to Google first.

Then, instead of installing all apps from the backup, being through everything except the apps. Download them manually.

And of course download the updates.

Sometimes it could be due to servers issues, have you tried via mobile data? (Charges might be applied if you don't have enough data) also you can back everything up and do factory reset without loosing everything

Hello @sophsmiler

Does your phone's internal storage have enough left available to accept the update  ?

You could try Samsung SmartSwitch via a Computer.

A Samsung Service Centre or Samsung Experience Store might be able to assist.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎
