Samsung Boost

Hi all,

I bought a Samsung S23 Ultra in December & I've been unable to claim any boost offer. I've used links to the webpage, I've checked on the Samsung members app but it's just nowhere.

Just to add, my phone didn't come with Samsung Wallet but I installed it to check and it wasn't there either.

Boost offers can only be claimed via the device they are associated with. So you won't be able to claim them on the web. Try installing Samsung Boost app from the Galaxy Store and retry.

Most offers can also be found in Samsung Wallet, Menu, Promotions.

Please take a look in there but please note it won't show everything.

I'm having similar issue. There isn't a Galaxy Boost app available on the UK Samsung store

As I said above, I checked there and there's nothing in my wallet either.

Have you opened the Samsung Wallet App, clicked on Menu (bottom right) then towards the bottom of the page clicked on Promotions?

I've just followed this exactly as I've written and there are half a dozen promotions.

Apologies, the app is embedded in the phone and only available during the initial setting up of the device. If you have a look under the 'Discovery' tab in the members app, there might be some link to boost offers there. Also if you follow the link https://www.samsung.com/uk/boost/ using your device (not a pc or laptop) you can choose an offer, sign in and then claim the offer.
