Unable to access my backup

I backed up my phone to one drive in the gallery app and got a replacement phone to replace my broken anyway I get the error server error occurred please try later has anyone found a fix please

Hey there, can you provide some more info please? im assuming youve tried the Onedrive application and signed in to the correct account?

Yes all is correct it just won't let me I've googled it and it seems to be a common problem

have you tried restarting your device, reinstalling the app, clearing app cache/data etc?

It might be a temporary issue with MS servers
