Wow! I was lucky enough to purchase the S23 Ultra from Argos four days ago whilst holidaying in North Wales. It wasn't really clear from Argos how to claim the cashback. So I went on the Samsung UK website earlier and had a text chat with an advisor. He give me the direct link to the cashback offer. Which worked a treat. Filled in the form, uploaded pictures of the receipt and box. Got a confirmation email within 60 seconds of clicking send on the form. Then a further 60 seconds for a confirmation email saying my claim has been approved, and to wait upto 30 days for the funds to my bank account. 
I'm gobsmacked by how quick it was. When you hear of some horror story problems on here.

That's a brilliant report, @Bigtasty65. I trust that you're impressed by your new S23 Ultra, too.

I must admit that, when claiming any of the promotions (and I've done it a lot!) over the years, the process has always been quick, straightforward, and the gift has always arrived exactly as scheduled (and sometimes earlier than expected).

Yeah, I'm well impressed with the phone. Can't put the darn thing down! Lucky I've been off work this week otherwise I'd of been sacked lol. I was put off originally from purchase by the sharp corners. However once in hand and use. That problem has faded into oblivion. I'm getting over 10hrs of daily screen on time, with a charge lasting 24 hours. Once back in work it will be a 2-3 day phone with one charge for me.

I'm not bothering with a screen protector, as it was a nightmare on my S22 with one on. The finger scanner wouldn't work at all.
I got a Porporta case for £9.99 from Argos on the day of phone purchase. It's just a clear silicone type case but it's the same type as on my S22. I love it, very grippy and enough camera protection when placed on a flat surface.

Yeah I am. Camera is just out of this world. Watched a lot of YouTube videos and they all praise it.
To be fair the S22 is a fantastic phone. Just too small for me.👍🏻

Yeah I tried a link that's been posted on here somewhere. It just brought a list up from Google and not easy to spot the required site. So like mentioned, just went on the website, asked an advisor for it in the chat and got sent direct to it 🙂

I just use a lenspen microfiber cloth for screen clean on s23 regular with lens pen brush for any dust
