I put my claim in on the 27th of December 2023 and it got approved the same day I've still not received my 100 cashback anyone now how long cause next Friday will be day 45

Hi @gazbadman ,  only that you should receive the  cashback within 45 days period that is specified, cannot be  more definitive.

Term 15:

"The Cashback Reward will be sent via bank transfer within forty five (45) days of Claim Validation to the bank account provided by the Participant during the Claim process. The GWP Reward will be dispatched via recorded delivery and accompanied by a despatch notification email, within forty-five (45) days of the Claim being validated to the postal address provided in the Claim". 

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

Hi Gaz. I'm on day 51 and still no sign of it. Absolutely no contact from samsung in that time. I manged to speak to someone who said they'd been having problems. It's totally unacceptable. I've had so many products from samsung but I will never buy again because of this. They're hoping people don't bother chasing it. £250 I'm owed. The WORST customer experience I've ever had.

I'm on day 46 still no £100. Got the buds fine about 3 weeks ago. Don't want disney anyway. Samsung told me they have a delay on the payments and its coming from a 3rd party.

 0330 808 0039 is a number for the Samsung promotions team.

Lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. I intend to call them again tomorrow to escalate.
