I get placeholders, not images, in emails

How can I change this on my new Samsung S23FE so I don't see placeholders any more?

Outlook for Android app on a Samsung S23FE.

Check block external images is not selected. Under outlook settings email account

I have this same problem. Where images should be is placeholder stating "Enable images to view this content." Some images work, some don't and there is no "Email Account" option under Settings.
