Hello @AngJ65

The following Samsung links may help >

https://www.samsung.com/ca/support/mobile-devices/galaxy-phone-hearing-enhancements/

https://www.samsung.com/latin_en/support/mobile-devices/how-to-use-hearing-*****-with-samsung-galaxy...

Samsung Phone > Hearing Enhancements.

In regards to the settings > Sound and Vibration set up this is unique to the person using the phone.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

@AngJ65: You may also wish to head to Settings > Sounds and vibration > Volume > Use Volume buttons for media, and toggle this option off. While you're here, set the Ringtone, Media, Notification and System volume levels to your preference by adjusting the sliders next to each category.

If you place your phone on Vibrate or Mute, then pressing the Volume Up/Down buttons on the side of the device should not enable Sound mode. If you head to Setting > Sounds and vibration, is 'Temporary mute' enabled? Please note that this option is only visible when 'Mute' is selected.
