Hi @bobshelby Your Device need to be on the same wifi Network. A few additional ideas if you have continued problems connecting:
Long press the Standby buton your your Remote control for around 5 seconds until it Reboots,screen will turn Black initially in the process.
Reboot both your Device and your Tv.
