Samsung won't let me use generative AI because it thinks I'm a minor?

I've recently updated my phone to one UI 6.1 and when I've gone to test the generative AI wallpaper it says "Minors are not allowed to use this service".

I have my correct DOB and I'm able to do ANYTHING else, Samsung won't restrict me from listening to music that's explicit or anything else that you'd expect a company to do to protect actual minors. And also, I am an adult, and I don't know how I prove that I am. Either way it's pretty ridiculous that you can be discriminated against what features you can use based on your age, after all, none of the presets for wallpapers are exactly explicit or inappropriate. 

Has anyone else experienced this or is it just me? And does anyone have any solutions?

i think based on reports, its a fault that their trying to fix. Because whenever something accesses your camera it tells you, so i dont think thats even the issue. As you said they have no option to generate any bad stuff that a minor shouldn't see, so i think its a fault.

I have the same issue and I'm in my 30's I just wanted to play around with it. Bit disappointing. I've even got my DOB in my samsaung account too.

@charizard420: Please try head to Settings > Tap on your Samsung account profile at the top of the Settings menu > Profile info > Accounts you can sign in with > Google, and toggle this option off to see if this helps. Furthermore, tap the Back button, scroll to the bottom of the menu, tap on 'Linked accounts' and remove Google (if applicable). 

I also recommend heading to Settings > Security and privacy > Updates > Security update > Check for any available updates > Google Play system update > Check for any available updates.
