Has anyone encountered a message that randomly comes up saying there is moisture in the phone. there isn't... And I've cleaned it. I thought I had finally found a phone that doesn't have stupid bugs in it but not so. It did do this last month and seemed to go away but now seems it's back again.

Its not a bug. Its a sensor problem. I had the exact same problem with my S23 Ultra. Turns out, a sensor inside the USB C port was damaged due to actual moisture (it can happend, keep in mind phones are water resistent, not waterproof). The sensor initially made the same popup happen frequently until it gave out after few weeks and the whole fast and super fast charging capabilities were lost (any super fast charging option was not recognized anymore, couldnt connect to a PC either, i could only use a 15W adapter). Took it to a service center and they replaced the port in 1 hour free of charge.
They were the one that explained to me this issue.

I'm having the same issue exactly after having the phone for a year. It feels like I'm being scammed

This is STILL an ongoing issue into April 2025! I have an S23 Fe that isn't even paid off yet through a contract with AT&T that I still owe $400.00 on and I've had it only a year! This hub nonsense started with it just RECENTLY only a week ago with the "moisture in the hub warning" on this piece of ***** phone, and guess what folks, I have/had a WATERPROOF And DUSTPROOF phone cover on it throughout that whole time prior!! (Samsung, Explain how warnings like that can happen out of the blue and so recent, with a waterproof/dustproof cover on it for a year, to me, especially after your recent update(?!), PLEASE!) Sooo, therefore, this is NOT a moisture problem but a recent Samsung UPDATE that led to a "mysterious(?)" and all of a sudden USB MECHANICAL PROBLEM, it has to be! Whether it was intensional or not, if Samsung wishes to keep their long standing customers they ought to stop their mind boggling somewhat deceitful and confusing shenanigan games they are playing with their customers regarding the cleaning hub with pins bs, cache cleaning, etc and all the other lame excuses they are using by forcing their customers to fix their own phones using methods that mostly don't work or don't work for long and SAMSUNG SHOULD FIX this the RIGHT way through an UPDATE ASAP! Afterall their phones AREN'T cheap! Or face lawsuits which may happen by most of us! Then afterwards I'll be switching to an IPhone!
