What in the world is wrong with Samsung???
I have an s23 ultra, just done latest update and all of a sudden I start getting an error while charging, moisture in the charging port?! I've used the phone in the rain couple of times but not recently. On top of that is not the first samsung I've seen with this issue. I work in sales for a company that sales samsung devices, I had 4 samsungs s24 ultra and an a55 all with same issue. I've seen loads of videos making fun of Apple but that's a reliable device. I also used iPhone 15 pro max for underwater shots and never ever had this issue. Samsung used to be alright but now is over👎

They all came and we exchange them same issue after update

Hello @Ciprian6891 

I'm sorry to learn of the issues your currently experiencing with your Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra in particular. 

I also own a Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra and can confirm in my particular case this hasn't developed on my phone. 

Samsung suggest > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/my-device-displays-a-water-drop-icon-and-will-not-... 

Usb reset.
Settings > Apps > Tap the 3 lines with the downward facing arrow, to the right of 'Your apps' > Show system apps (toggle this on) > OK > Scroll down, and tap on 'USBSettings' > Storage > Clear cache > Clear data, then restart your device. 

And a more broadsworded approach is >

  • Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's } 

I would also suggest to send this as feedback via the Samsung Members App too for samsung to analyse if you haven't already.

I'm fuming, had my Samsung Galaxy 24 ultra for less than a month and keep getting moisture detected. Had the same issue with the galaxy 20 and 22

I agree iv'e seen lots of post on this forum complaining about the same issue your having so your not the only one. I blame the update that's the cause. You should contact the service centre, they may need to change the charging port.

The lastest 6.1ui update has screwed us all.. my s22ultra had malfunctioned everyday since.. I'm actually considering moving to apple now *gags as she utters the sentence 🤢* ... as much as I despise the company and stayed true to Android with the OG Samsungs .... but then Samsung -actually no.. all phone brands has decided to make all the new phones look like iphone anyway so i may as well cave and join the apple crew, my sons iphone 7 but a shattered mess and still fully functioned for months till screen started falling out... I can't even open my camera without my phone having a meltdown

I have same problem after update. Tried all troubleshooting. Can samsung release an update to fix it ?

Bro what s23 ultra are you using man. Everyone else's doesn't experience this issue and 4 of yours have it. That sounds too fake, or maybe you just have extremely bad luck 😮
