Good morning I have a Samsung Galaxy s23 ultra and I have a problem with connecting to wifi in some places especially at work where I need this connection other phone models do not have this problem. I understand that the new phone may have problems with the software, but why flagship if the s23 and s23+ do not have this problem. I would like to know if I can download a software patch somewhere to fix this problem? the phone is updated to the latest software version

No WiFi issues with my s23 ultra. Report an error within the members app. Go to Support at the bottom. Let the developers know you are having issues with WiFi connection. Incase it is an issue in software and needs a fix.

@Dadam27: To begin with, please press the Volume Down and Power buttons together for around 10 seconds until the phone restarts, as this will refresh the device and address any temporary software issues that might be a contributing factor. Don't worry this won't affect your personal data or settings. Now, if possible, please unplug your router at the wall for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and wait for the calibration process to complete.

Following these steps, please head to Setting > Connections > Wi-Fi > On > Select your router from the list of available connections, and fill in the required fields. If you have previously established a connection to the router, please tap the cog symbol to the right of the router, select 'Forget', toggle Wi-Fi off, then on again, then run through the steps as laid out above.

If the problem persists, please head to Settings > Connections > Flight mode, and make sure that this is toggled off. You may also wish to head to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings > Reset settings, however please be aware that this will reset any personal settings for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Mobile Data. I also recommend attempting to connect to another Wi-Fi router, a friend or family members, as this will help to determine if the problem lies with the phone, or the router/network itself.

I believe a quick fix can be to switch on flight mode which disconnects everything. Then after a few seconds switch flight mode off which will cause the phone to make a new connection. Other things to try is if not using mobile network switch it off so the phone stops trying to search or connect but don't forget to switch it back on when you go out. Hope this helps

I am having great problems trying to connect to my Epson printer through Epson iprint or Epson print. It says the named printer is not available now. The password and SSID are correct. I have updated Epsoniprint and downloaded the driver and contacted Epson support. They say to contact Samsung. What advice?
