S23 Ultra Bluetooth no longer connecting

Delayed installing the most recent software update until a week ago, since then my Bluetooth will not automatically connect to any device, car, JBL Bluetooth speaker. I have to unpair device switch off Bluetooth restart phone for it to connect to JBL but the car doesn't connect at all, been reduced to my old cd collection. I pay £11.99 per Month for a Spotify subscription that has been basically rendered useless by this substandard service on an Ultra series phone that I paid a premium for. Perhaps Samsung will reimburse me for the loss of service as it works with my partners Motorola With zero issues and the phone costs around £130, slightly different to the price paid for a 1Tb variant Samsung, I am not impressed.

Try clearing phone cache partition and or hard reboot/restart phone
