S23 ultra software update - Gallery search issues

I used to be able to search for individual cities in gallery. Now when I try and search all I get is England.....? 

Working on multiple sites around the UK I take lots of photos and it was so helpful to just search the name of the city to bring up all the photos in that location. Now I can't seem to do that? Why would you get rid of such a great and powerful tool and just round everything up to England?

If you go into image properties is the location data still there

Is location selected  under gallery app search settings /search categories

Yeah the locations are still there on the data, that's what's so annoying. It just seems to group them as England, like it's zoomed out if that makes sense. Even shows the post codes but then that's a little too detailed
