S23 ultra software update issue

I bought my Samsung S23 ultra Hong Kong version and now I'm in Egypt. Until now there is no update and still one UI version 5.1 (OMG). The update is since 1st of July 2023. How can I update 😫?

Mate, I thing you're in the wrong forum as this forum focuses on the UK Customers.

Anyways, Its very unlikely that your phone didn't update to the latest version. Have you tried manually updating it using a computer?

If no, I suggest that:

● If you have access to a working computer running windows 10 or 11, download Samsung Smart Switch from Microsoft Store or Samsung's website
● Connect your phone using wired connection (Type C)
● Goto Smart switch, look for an option "Update Software".

It will look the latest software and download it directly onto your phone.

There can be issues if Device being used outside intended region.  i hilst you can try Smart Switch not a guarantee.  if not successful possible solution is to  insert a Hong Kong  pay as you go sim for a short period  to see if you can receive the latest updates.

Could you tell me if the software update update couldn't update or you couldn't locate the update module?

When i go to software update>Download and install, it start to check the update then tell me that my device is up to date while I'm still in One UI: 5.1. It is not getting that the version is too old

Thanks for that! Maybe try reporting to Samsung through Member's App or contact Samsung support
