S23 ultra one ui7 update cause freeze and restarts, especially in Instagram, happening like 2-3 times per day wtf, so disappointed 🥲🥲

Hi! Hopefully this is a simple fix.
This isnt normal, so woudnt say the update itself is causing this.

Soft reboot
Hold the volume down and power buttons until the phone restarts. Any changes?

If not
Boot the phone into safe mode—does it still occur? If not, an app is causing these crashes.

Go to samsung members app- support- diagnostics. All pass?

Make sure all apps are up to date- non updated apps can cause problems with the new UI

*clear cache partition

Still nothing?
Back up device via smartswitch to a pc- then factory reset.

Worst case contact customer support directly

Soft restart doesn't fix it
Safe mode cant tell cos cant open apps in safe mode
Delete all cache on device and the app
And still does it after few swipes in Instagram reels glitches again and freeze...

This isnt only Instagram is it? As ive seen reports of this- but this is something Instagram needs to fix.

If its ONLY insta- this is a known issue and its insta being a pain. Have a search on the forums- theres a few posts. Some troubleshooting on them may help

As you're reporting this to be an Instagram specific issue, you'll need to reach out to the Instagram App Developers via the Google Play Store

This is not specific to instagram I face it for VLC media player too.

My device is s32fe. And this if after update only

Point being it isn't happening on all apps so you'll need to reach out to developers of apps affected

It isn't a widely reported issue, more specific to your device so you may have an app causing s conflict on your device.

Maybe reinstall insta?

Now getting freezes just around the menus even, super laggy, never happened before on previous version..
