Declining calls after update

Since the new update my phone has been declining all my calls! Anyone else having any issues since the new update

Is this all calls or just unknown numbers?

All calls, no one can get through to me. It rings once and cuts off. Automated voice tells the caller I am on another call

How strange!

The first thing would be a soft reboot of the device—hold volume down and power until the device restarts.

Still nothing? Since it says "on another call," I'm assuming this means a setting isn't enabled to block calls.

Are you able to test another SIM in your phone—same result? And try your SIM in another phone—same result?

If your SIM in another device does the same, then I would contact your provider.

If another SIM does the same on your device, I would contact customer support. The only thing I'm seeing online to fix it in that case is a factory reset.

Thank you, I will try my sim in another phone and that sim in this one to see if it is the phone or sim

Yes, this entire update has never been this dramatic! It shuts off when you have an app open as well as just on its own!!! I'm finished with Samsung after 15 years!!!!!!

I've never had any problems before with other updates but this one is ridiculous

I've also been having this issue since my phone updated!! It's been extremely frustrating, and my cell provider doesn't know how to fix it! I'm ready to throw my phone out the window!! I've tried a new Sim card, I've tried resetting my phone, and nothing seems to fix it. Does anyone have any suggestions!? Signed, a frustrated samsung owner!
