Yes, this entire update has never been this dramatic! It shuts off when you have an app open as well as just on its own!!! I'm finished with Samsung after 15 years!!!!!!

I've also been having this issue since my phone updated!! It's been extremely frustrating, and my cell provider doesn't know how to fix it! I'm ready to throw my phone out the window!! I've tried a new Sim card, I've tried resetting my phone, and nothing seems to fix it. Does anyone have any suggestions!? Signed, a frustrated samsung owner!
