S23 Ultra Touchscreen dead after Update

My Touchscreen is not working anymore after the newest Update 6.1.

I can only use the sPen. My Screen is original and was never replaced. 

I tried the Safe Mode, reset, restarts, delete the storage and delete Cache of All Google Apps. Nothing works for me.

Please fix this, I need a working phone

This issue has been reported many times on here. A quick search of the forum would have shown you that.

The issue is widely reported therefore please go to Samsung Members App, Menu (bottom right) then feedback and report it there.

Hi, I know, but Samsung closed some and I cant reply and Im so annoyed. I want them to know that there are many also without screen replacements.

And their fix isnt working for me.

Samsung haven't released a fix as yet so not sure how it isn't working for you.

Even if you call, the agents are not going to be able to fix it today. If they could, we would know about it and let folk know in here.

I'm afraid, frustrating as it is, that it will be a waiting game. Also note that only a relatively small number of users are impacted so Samsung will need to work out what is causing it along with other issues being reported.

I have the same issue, while it will click random places on the screen not allowing you to navigate with the pen. Latest update NO FIX. It looks as if I'm going to have to ....go to the "other side" if there isn't a fix soon. I use my phone ad a pos.
