S23 ultra not getting update

I just bough the s23 ultra phone brand new and my csc code is: SAOMC SM-S918U OYN XAA 13_ 0013 XAA/XAA,XAA/VZW. And i stay in nigeria but i cant get system update cause the phone is still at one ui 5.1 october 2023 how can i fix this? I want to be getting ota updates

What if I flash the latest firmware for my device SM-S918U with csc USC?

If I download the first one will it work?

What do you mean moded Odin? Does that refer to the latest stable version? Also by stock XAA, you mean XAA/XAA/XAA/XAA right?

I have the same exact setup (XAA/XAA,XAA/VZW) to get the latest update i changed the CSC to original VZW (using samFW) and i instantly got the latest updates then changed it back to XAA.
That's out of the way the GPS isn't functional at all, it is fully broke, i thought it was code limitation so i changed to GCF (also non-carrier specific) , it does work with this version without a problem on both physical SIM and eSim, but the GPS still dead!
