S23 ultra camera Freezing

Anyone else having issues with the camera freeze and app crash?

All good here. Ensure your device has all the available updates.

However, If you've recently updated and are experiencing these issues then try wiping the cache partition

You will need to plug into a working device or pc/laptop.

Thank you Robin had a update today so will keep an eye see if it continues since this or is fixed. If not I will give that a try thanks for your help!

@eljefe90: If you experience further issues then you may wish to try heading to Settings > Apps > Camera > Force stop > Storage > Clear cache > Clear data, then press and hold the Side button > Restart. This will refresh the software and resolve any related performance issues.

Did you ever get this figured out ive been searching for weeks and no one seems to have a fix?

Nope still not figured it out! I have tried everything suggested the last choice i now have is to book it in with samsung as im wondering if its a hardware issue. Have seen on other forums people with the same problem the camera freezing particularly when using the zoom it will crash.

That's exactly what happens with mine however I notice when I change from 12m to 50 m It doesn't freeze at all so I believe thats where the issue is in mine
