Hi and warm welcome 👋

Sorry for the issues your having with s23 ultra.

Few thing you can try.
Wipe cache partition:
Turn off your phone Plug to PC, tv etc via USB Then press and hold power button and volume up button until samsung logo appears Then quickly release power button and keep holding volume up button until reboot menu appears then navigate with volume down button till wipe cache partition press power button to confirm restart your phone.

Run a touch test:
Open phones dialer and type *#0*# press touch and draw around edges of the picture you see. (Autoblocker in settings needs to be turned off and you should use stock samsung phones app)

Try safe mode and see if there's any conflicting 3rd party apps causing it:

Try soft reset:
Press and hold power and volume down buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds until the samsung logo appears.

Worst scenario, try back everything up and do factory reset.

If everything fails, I suggest to book a repairs or if you have samsung store close to you, you can try get it checked there.
You can book repairs under support section in members app "request service" or:

Do you have screen protector ? Also, try to turn off touch sensitivity if it worsens the issue, and if you have screen protector try to removing it and see if that's better, also check for any damage on the screen, sometimes it could be just screen protector or it could be hardware related where you need repairs.

Hello @THOALFAQAR 👋

Maybe try the Goodlock App and it's Plug in called Edge Touch which may help.

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Honestly, the problem happened After I put on the nanoscreen protector, I expect it's the reason. Could it be remnants of it that affect the touch?

Yes it could be one of the reasons, if you can remove screen protector, then wipe your phones screen and see if that would be better sometimes there's dust or so stuck under screen protector and it could cause this.

Does it happens on just edge panels or it happens all around the screen? I suggest remove screen protector and see if that would be any help. Also you can try turn on accidental touch protection in settings.

I removed the protector and now I am using a gelatin screen protector. However, I will remove it and try to clean the screen, even though I have cleaned it more than once and it did not work. We will see if the problem is solved. I am very grateful for your response and the efforts you have made with me.

Not a problem at all, sometimes screen protectors can cause the "ghost touching" issues.
