I personally recommend always to make a clear cache recovery process after software updates.

No my Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra canera app is behaving.
Try a forced reboot by holding down the volume down key and power button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. When your phone resets, you will feel it vibrate.
Try clearing the canera apps cache via holding down on the app icon and tap on i and then storage and Clear cache.
