I am in the UK and have been eagerly anticipating this update for years. I have a few questions. First, why is Samsung unable to release the update for all devices? Second, why haven't I received the update yet? It has been four days, and I am still waiting. Finally, if I do not receive the update today, when can I expect it for my S23? I would be grateful for any assistance. If you have the official UK release date for the S23, please share a picture and answer my questions. Thank you!

Is there a UI 7 patch coming out soon for S23+ , I get these weird glitches and screen discolouration since the update. It's pretty annoying, to be honest.

After installing UI 7, the power drain a lot faster.  and the device is always hot.  is the battery safe?  And I have to  plug the charger all the time. that's no good.

Don't do it! You don't want it, it's slowed my phone on everything I try to do,l on my s23 ultra which I was extremely happy with beofre the update. the battery is life is instantly now shocking whereas it would last a day, the clock won't do what it's meant to, so you have to download a clock app! if you press the power button you get Gemini instead of the options to restart your phone etc so how do you restart your phone?!?!?!?! your slide down bar now comes from the corner, which you can rarely access, notifications come from the top, completely pointless separating that and making it awkward, it's really just made the phone horrific, was going to stick to Samsung but looking for alternatives, like a lot of Samsung users, really disappointed that instead of making something better, that they've taken away the stuff we actually liked, don't try to fix what isn't broken, add good stuff, yes, but don't break what didn't need fixing. I can't even play my game on the phone cos since the Ui7 update it's constantly craping out. Very disappointed, do NOT download it if you like your s23 ultra, also if you do decide to break your phone by downloading it, save your photos etc first, as some users lost them by updating

My phone is restarting and turning off randomly since the update. I really regret updating it! How is this possible with a 1000 euro plus phone Samsung? It was running just fine before the update. (Samsung s23 Ultra)

Does anybody know how to downgrade back to the previous ui version? this is killing my productivity and want to throw the phone out of the window.

Utterly disappointing and totally agree with your post. My phone went from my most cherised device to a real pain. If this is not resolved soon I will change back to apple.

I got the update several days ago. Thought all was good, but after watching YT clips on changing settings to get the video slider, etc, that's when I discovered a bug.

Open the camera> select settings. The setting screen appears, then slides from left to right. Not once, but twice and doesn't remain open to change any settings, for example, location settings.

Also, I have noticed there is a considerable battery drain and slow app response. Apps such as Pyramid streaming, I can not use anymore. The login just loops round in circles when 2FA is being checked. Within nano seconds, it states I've timed out! There are other apps I use that I have never had issues with previously, but now I have to reboot them on a regular basis.

It looks like I will have to locate the pre-installed image file and restore my S23 Ultra. Ui v7 should not be launched until it's 100% functional and virtually bug free.

According to Samsung, once the security patch is updated, you can not revert to the previous version. However, using third-party software and the correct OEM OS. I have successfully reinstalled a previous OS, on the Note 10 DS and seen others *update* the S21 and S22 again using Samsung OEM images.

Why is there a "Recently Added" contacts section ahead of the "Favorites" section in the Contacts menu? Why are contacts that were added more than 2 years ago considered recent? Did anyone actually think this was a good idea?

Android Auto stopped working on S23 ultra, do NOT update to UI7.
