Hi everyone, after upgrading to One UI 7 I am facing severe issues with my signal/reception in one of my two Sims, although I had no issue before.

I have practically no signal and this is very frustrating as I cannot communicate with my home country.

It seems that this is becoming a common issue, at least for S23, as there is already a relevant thread in reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/oneui/comments/1kgspys/mobile_network_performance_after_one_ui_7/

Any thoughts on that?

Many thanks!

Hi! Welcome to the Samsung Members community!

I don't quite see how it's even possible to remotely affect the signal, unless something went wrong during installation.

Have you attempted any troubleshooting methods?

Hi. Try taking the Sim out restarting the phone and putting the sim back and restarting your phone again.

Also make sure your Sim APN settings are correct and not changed.

Hi, and many thanks! I've tried all of these several times but neither worked. Next step could be to reset the mobile network settings for this Sim but as this one is on roaming I am not sure that it will get the right settings afterwards. Also, others reported that they have tried this and didn't work...

You can always manually add your ApN settings as long as you get the correct ones from your provider

Im having the same problem. Galaxy S23 ultra and no signal when indoor. It shows that i have 5g signal 2 or 3 bars and no one hears me in calls, sometimes i try to open a webpage and it says im offline.
Tried resetting network settings, removing and reinserting sim card, reseting phone, its broken ever since upgrading to One UI 7

I have the exact same issue. I'm using the S24. Since the update. Both sim in my phone (1 is a physical sim, the other an eSim) have no reception. And the signal bars seem to mimic each other. They always show the same signal even though they are on different networks. They usually show 1 or 2 bars if im lucky, but very seldom more than that. And this started literally a day after i did the update.

And i know they messed with the coding there because there were some cosmetic changes does to the singal area so I'm not sure if they messed up something or what.
