Poor Network Reception - December Security update issue?

I got my December Security update yesterday and I've noticed my network reception (UK O2) is poor. Now, it may be that it was poor before the update and I only noticed afterwards; however, usually when at home I have 4/5 bar 4G reception, currently it is 1/2 bar 4G, sometimes dropping to H+. I've checked with O2 who reckon they have no network issues.
Of course it may not be anything to do with the security update, just wondered if anyone had experienced anything similar?

I have the same issue in my area all I get is Wi-Fi calling

It's fully killed signal on my A52s 5G (and the same for others with this model)! I'm also on Tesco / O2 so maybe it no likey o2 sims 😂
