I'm with EE and own s24 ultra, and can confirm that indoors i get anywhere from 1 to 3 bars most of the time 5G works well, and outdoors i get full bars everytime. As EE claims on the forum that they are not responsible for signal coming into a property.

Hi @LuckyMagpie
I own the Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra too and can confirm i have no signal issues.
"Phones do not latch onto the strongest signal.
They follow the network assigned procedure, hence why it's not uncommon to be connected to a weaker signal than is strictly available "
A Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone if necessary.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
