Hi everyone, after upgrading to One UI 7 I am facing severe issues with my signal/reception in one of my two Sims, although I had no issue before.
I have practically no signal and this is very frustrating as I cannot communicate with my home country.
It seems that this is becoming a common issue, at least for S23, as there is already a relevant thread in reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/oneui/comments/1kgspys/mobile_network_performance_after_one_ui_7/
Any thoughts on that?
Many thanks!

I have tried all this and finally moved my SIM to a simple redmi note 10 it's working perfectly. Maybe the final solution is resetting to factory settings.

Did you try to use reset network setting option?
Maybe second last outside will be just swap the SIM card with the new one and try.
If you not costume more than 50 rupees but it is worthy to give a try

This is your s 24 ultra ? Did you try to check with customer care or Samsung care?
Unfortunately my device is out of warranty already

Mine is out of warranty too. Yes I did contacted Samsung customer service they said it maybe antenna problem so either I replace antenna or motherboard. The cost of doing that is too much half of buying another phone. So for now I will retire from Samsung

There is one interesting fact I would like to tell you.
From past 3- 4 days I did not face this issue anymore. I am keeping this in under observation but maybe you can give a try to use it for next couple of days and let me know as well maybe it is something seems taking time to get adjusted with this device and new update.
If it requires to replace motherboard or antenna I rather referain and use it on another device as well 😅😭
Maybe since you are a premium customer of a premium device we can drop an email to their head grievance team?

Lol. I faced again the same issue. Did you try to swap the card from sim 1 to sim2 ? And vice versa?
I will be trying the same.

I have endured the same bs for a week and even made posts directly via the members app. The single response I got after 48 hrs + was the standard, did you turn off your phone etc.
My s23 ultra is basically a brick once I dont have wifi connection. Reading about the multiple others facing the same issue, I don't understand how Samsung doesn't have a patch that fixes it.
I went out and bought a s25 ultra, but I am not opening it yet. Hopefully they can come up with a solution before too long. Then that s25 is going right back to where it came from.

I guess they don't even care as the problem is getting evident. More posts are popping up with one ui 7 issues, but having no network coverage is not acceptable. Waiting more than a month on a fix isn't exactly making me an opportunist.
