S23+ One UI 7 - Gmail message scroll bug new mail through email address lnk

When clicking on a email address on a website, my Gmail app opens up and automatically fills out the email address in the "to" section. When drafting a message that is longer than the height of the screen, there is no way to scroll down. The text disappears behind the keyboard, and even below the menu bar (back arrow, home, ...). 

It does work fine when I open the Gmail app, create a new email and fill out all information manually.

I had to do this again today as the problem came back somehow. I'm wondering if the update gets reapplied somehow?

Its soooooo annoying.

This fixed the same problem on my Galaxy Tab9+ tablet, but I had trouble finding the Webview at first. Somehow stumbled onto it in Settings & Show System Apps. After uninstalling updates, couldn't find Webview again, but now my email is usable once more.

But the problem returned the next day.

So it looks like the update yesterday did absolutely nothing to fix this bug. I'm getting sick and tired of not being able to run my business through my phone.

Has anyone heard of any progress or solutions that last longer than a few hours?
