Roaming PopUp S23

There are several threads on this topic, wanted to check if anyone has a solution. The popup (it is not even a notification) keeps appearing and stops whatever I'm working on:
"Attention
Data roaming is turned off. To turn on data roaming, please go to settings > Connections > Mobile networks. International roaming charges may apply as per your rate plan."

if you turn roaming on the message changes to:

"Attention
Data roaming is turned on. International roaming charges may apply as per your rate plan. To turn off data roaming, please go to settings > Connections > Mobile networks."

Please make this stop!

These message maybe coming from your network provider, as I was away just last week and got none of these messages or popups

What network you on? I'm on Vodafone, I get the annoying sms when I land but its like 3 sms then it stops

I've tried many things, and nothing helps. So please do share if you have found out something. I'm currently running with S22 + T-Mobile.  SO ANNOYING!!

Yup, I have the same thing. Apparently, it's a Samsung issue and they aren't willing to deal with it? Not sure, but it's incredibly frustrating. I'm traveling the world right now and I'll just tell everyone and anyone not to get a Samsung for now.

It exits all my apps even in the middle of games every minute to display this message. I know I'm on roaming, we don't need reminders every minute 🥲
