S23 still on UI5.1 - no updates

 Hi, my S23 is not updating, last update I received was in August 2023 (roughly when I got the phone). I know there have been plenty updates since then. When I try to check for the updates manually I get message that it is up to date.

I am in Sweden using dual sim (one Swedish Tele2, and another on roaming) if that is relevant info. The phone is not locked to any provider (or it should not be at least).

What would be the solution to update the phone?

P.s. support told me that my phone is Italian region, I am in Sweden but both is EU so it should not be locked to that region.

It says EUX/-/EUX/PLS on yours which seems wrong. My s23 ultra shows EUX/-/EUX/EUX so PLS might be reason. Another idea is to try and use samsung software on PC and see if it finds any updates through there.

Usually when one of them shows something else than EUX it usually means custom room from carrier or similar.

Thanks for the advice. I ended up updating via Frija and Odin so now I do have ui6.1 with but I still don't seem to be getting auto updates (I did not receive August security patch).

Also I think PLS represents Poland, which is EU so the updates should not be a problem even though I am in Sweden. This is really bad from Samsung.
