S23 Mobile Data not working since last software update

I have an S23 FE Dual SIM, using only 1 SIM, One UI version 6.1, Android version 14.

Last software update successfully completed 2 days ago.

Mobile Data stopped working since then. At times, I cannot even make calls.

Wifi connection works.

My mobile network is up and running, no issues reported (I am based in the UK, mobile network provider is BT).

I tried pretty much everything.

-restarted phone several times

-disabled SIM, restarted phone

-reset mobile network settings

-reset APN settings

-Data roaming is ON

-Flight mode ON/OFF

-Data ON/OFF 

-auto-connect enabled

- cache cleared

-'Mobile data or Wi-Fi' is selected for all apps. 

- Allow background data usage > On for all apps 

 

How can this be fixed???

Click on the support button
And run the test
Phone diagnostics
May help in solving your issue
Could always try Contacting
Your phone provider
To check network is OK

Is there no BT/EE shop near you? Call in, if you have one nearby, worth a try maybe.

Sorry to hear of your issues. We are starting to see a growing number of S23 users reporting this issue and it looks like you've tried almost everything.

I'm presuming you haven't checked that your network isn't working on masts in your local area at the moment?

You can send feedback through the Samsung Members App. Go to the front page, bottom right select Support then Feedback and let Samsung know from there.

Hopefully the Moderation Team will also see this and send feedback too.

I have also Same issue, I tried everything. Its only because of that update

Anyone got problems with network or data follow these steps. This has worked for me. Setting look for General Management click on that look for rest click on that then look for Reset Mobile Network Settings click and Reset and this should solve the problem hopefully 👍

Hi by the way I was very tired lastnight trying to help people if I didn't read your post properly I apologise. I am know techy person just a member of the public just reaching out if I can ok. I obviously got it wrong as it shows in your reply. I will double make sure next timei have read this properly. I am just an old retired man that's all. Best of luck with everything
