Photos showing 1 hour time difference

Hi, when i have pics on my computer that I took on various samsung galaxys thru the years the file name with date and time are the same as the time taken when you go into properties (as shown on pic) but when I put some of these pics back on my s23 the time taken is -1 hour ( as in the phone 

 

 edit pic) This doesn't happen all the time, I'd say about 1 in 20...does anyone know how to fix this issue...thanks in advance

 I use Good Guardians and Media file guardian aps to correct the date issue. Both Samsung apps can be had from Galaxy store

Is this a known problem then? Or just me? Do you know why it happens?
