I have an S23 FE Dual SIM, using only 1 SIM, One UI version 6.1, Android version 14.
Last software update successfully completed 2 days ago.
Mobile Data stopped working since then. At times, I cannot even make calls.
Wifi connection works.
My mobile network is up and running, no issues reported (I am based in the UK, mobile network provider is BT).
I tried pretty much everything.
-restarted phone several times
-disabled SIM, restarted phone
-reset mobile network settings
-reset APN settings
-Data roaming is ON
-Flight mode ON/OFF
-Data ON/OFF
-auto-connect enabled
- cache cleared
-'Mobile data or Wi-Fi' is selected for all apps.
- Allow background data usage > On for all apps
How can this be fixed???

I've also had problems since the software update—I'm getting "Not registered on network." Rebooting the phone fixes it until I lose Wi-Fi when I go out. I've read somewhere that toggling flight mode on and off might help—I'll try this next time.

same problem here - for SIM and ESIM. Everything after update

I can confirm that toggling Flight Mode on and off works, at least temporarily. However, my phone occasionally loses the network during the day, so I have to repeat this step each time.
