Roaming off primary sim

I'm going to usa and have a payg sim for roaming abroad. This sim and primary sim will be in my phone.

 How do I adjust the settings to make sure that primary sim doesnt 'roam' and incur charges.is it as simple as turning primary sim to off in sim manager?

Hi, I'd say just to be safe contact your network provider.

There should be an option to turn roaming off in the Mobile Networks section

There is, but I need that on to use the second sim for use abroad

Per sim, you should see an option to turn on/off roaming data usage.

I think turning off SIM 1 in SIM manager should do the trick, though.

This option is no longer available with the latest Samsung S22 Ultra update. Is there any workaround? Only option is to disable data roaming for all Sims. There is no option to disable per sim

i can confirm this problem, there is NO WAY to disable roaming per sim. This option is more than needed given the price we pay for getting a samsung phone. S24 Ultra Here, One UI 6.1

Please bring it back.

As users, we don't want to have to click 50 options to try to "mimick" this behavior. Just keep this existing stock Android behavior.

Also, totally disabling the SIM (on which we want the roaming off) is not a workaround that we want, since we might still want to receive calls, imagine an emergency call or sms, we can not afford to completely make it off.

Many other forums already talk of this problem. PLEASE SAMSUNG implement this feature. 

Stock Android does it already, even Pixel make it. Why did you change such a native feature from Android ?
