Why do samsung apps take up a lot of ram in your phone most of them I don't use but can't disable them

Many of these apps are needed to make the device work or to enable other apps or system functions to work.

Unless you are running out of RAM in day to day usage, apart from using a little more battery it shouldn't have any impact on your day to day usage of your device.
