Once the Beta Programme stages are completed Samsung will then send the update out in waves dependant on region and phone eligibility @funkisi

Head to the settings by swiping down once and tapping the settings cog. Scroll to the bottom and tap Software update. Tap Download and install. Your device will start downloading One UI 6 beta.

Assumes that the OP has registered for beta and that their device is eligible.

Stable version expected to roll out soon, possibly with November security patch.

It shouldn't be very long now, beta 8 was rolled out in the states and my informative states it's been the best update released.

Unfortunately that's not how it works like piperdog123 says you need a compatible device and need to register for it
