I currently own an S23, and I have been very pleased with it, only thing is now its been about 2 months, and the phone has just got so buggy and slow. The model I have is the 512gb and I haven't even used half, no games or apps that use the phones memory/processing in a harsh way, and the phone itself uses around 7 out of 12 gigs of ram, so I am not sure if this is a software issue, I have also updated the UI to the latest version as well but in spite of that nothing really has changed apart from it going downhill, its very unfortunate especially since it has just been a year and a half of moderate usage

Might be worth Wiping the Partition Cashe on the phone.
Quite often old or corrupted data can build up and needs clearing out

Wiping the Partition Cashe clears out a lot of old or corrupted information that can cause issues

Follow the steps below. You must follow every step and you should be done in about a minute

Turn off your phone.

Connect your phone with a USB cable
to PC or another Samsung mobile

You will see the charging icon on your screen.
Wait till it shows charging with battery percentage.

Next, press and hold the Volume up and Side key simultaneously.
You can press the volume up button just before the Side key.
The Samsung Logo followed by
Samsung Galaxy appears on the
screen.

At this point, release the keys
Phone will boot into Android Recovery mode

In Android recovery mode, using Volume keys, choose "Wipe Cache
Partition" .
Use the power button to accept that.
You will then see its cleared.

Then the top option, reboot phone.
Press the power button to reboot the phone and then sign in normally

Thank you very much for the advice, no doubt yes this is a way to sort out the problem, but the main issue is that S23 Ultra is only a phone on generation behind, I was planning on keeping this phone for potentially years to come and if I am having to do this every year it gives a really bad impression, and I am very sure that the repeated hard resets and boot ups will definitly have an impact on the battery, but alongside this I have complained about many issues, its just that it doesn't get far enough to lets say the heads of deoartments in software or even execs because these tiny things are ruining the company's reputation, Samsung has pretty much come or shall I say been at a brand level for quite some time but loyalty is the only thing keeping me here, but let me know on your thoughts and we will build upon that
