One ui 7 Ram

I noticed that one ui 7 bata s23 plus puts a permanent 0.4-0.5gb of ram more than the previous one ui , I'm just curious does this happen with other models or nah (I have the widget so always see it

Ram usage really doesn't mean much if you keep watching it. The phone automatically manages it. As in, it might show more ram is being used, but if you open an app that needs to use ram, that extra bit from the start goes away.

The phone notices there is free ram not being used, so it uses it to speed things up. When something actually needs it, the phone releases that ram so the app can use it

Samsung always been popular with our family. Now absolutely detest it due to A.I. being forced onto every device. Had a look if just us, but so many hate it, comments been turned off on some sites! One now just has a tiny sentence below a comment linked to a counter. Most either ignore it, don't see it or too angry. It's more that choice has been taken away from us for some. For others, like me it's cos I just detest it! Some have less skills, the vulnerable for instance & NO thought given to them! I really object to AI. I don't want it dormant..I want it GONE off my devices!!!! I paid for my devices so I should have FREEDOM OF CHOICE!!! Posting for 1st time & found i am also FORCED to use a nickname! Flippin DICTATORSHIP!!

RAM usage will vary per individual device, let alone different models. It's almost impossible to get a true measure of how much RAM is utilised since the OS will allocate RAM based on priority needs.

A phones use a light version of whatever one ui

I think you mean one ui core, which no current samsung phone has anymore. All A series devices use the full one ui version with slight changes (mostly in the removal of AI features)

Oh, okay, I didn't know. Thank you. (That seems really bad, though.) I have two people in my life who use A phones they were the newest at the time. I had to put a schedule on their phones to rest at midnight for them to feel usable.

Yeah lol, if I have more than 3 apps open it starts to stutter, light gaming works but any more and its horrible, it gets the job done tho. Im excited for one ui 7 but honestly i dont know if my phone can handel it, it will get it tho its on the list. Cant wait i guess!
